Pa’s Expression is a short film directed by Wayne Peng for Lianhe Zaobao; about a daughter realising her reserved father’s love through the newspapers he kept. Made for Zaobao’s 2016 revamp, it uses subtle, poetic storytelling to reflect family bonds and memory, and won multiple creative awards. It symbolises the paper’s role in preserving tradition while connecting emotionally with readers.
